Coach Price is an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) certified Personal Trainer, a USA Track and Field (USATF) certified coach, possess a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and is himself a lifelong athlete. - After a phone consultation to asses your goals, current fitness, past performances, and to establish a time line Coach Price will create a 100% customized Training Program for you. Coach Price prides himself on developing unique programs that fit the various schedules and priorities of his clients.
- Training blocks will be developed in 2 week increments (after the initial 4 weeks) so that Coach Price can custom tailor your program to slight variations in training and when life gets in the way. This ensures that you are kept on track and moving toward your goals!
- Development of a 100% custom running schedule that fits the individual clients needs, schedule, and abilities.
- Customization and advise for likely conditions you will face for your specific goal race (weather, course, travel, etc.)
- Supplemental cross training and strengthening workouts
